  Mikael Elkan is an acknowledged teacher and moderator of meetings and conferences • he has worked with developing organizations, employees and leaders • he has mediated in conflicts between leaders and employees • Mikael is a great analyst and change manager • he has a wide range of education, experience and skills from IT to project management to communication and leadership which makes him a versatile consultant and a great intrapreneur • Mikael is know for his ability to translate difficult theory into practical "Go and do" ...or don't do • he is always seeking the next level •


Employee development - Mikael has analyzed and build a simple, doable proces for employee development which has been implemented in smaller organizations with great success. In Denmark there is spent approx 730.000 hours of meetings between leaders and employees. From 90% - 35 % of that time is wasted says leaders and employees. My concept changes that. Competency Cards  Mikael has developed a cardgame for IPMA project managers to map their competencies according to the IPMA measure. Forcefield app co-working with Aperify Mikael has developed an app to manage and conduct meetings, projects and employee development with forcefields. Effective Meetings - Mikael has worked with meetings and processes for several years, and being a trained facilitator he took the processes and analyzed meetings in organizations to simplify and build processes for meetings to show how they can cut time, improve decision making and strengthen the leadership and organization as a whole.
